Life Coaching Is NOT Therapy
All sessions will be held virtually on Google Meet.
We can meet as often as weekly, biweekly or monthly. You decide after your free Discovery Session.
Discovery Session – 45 minutes
Life Coaching Session – 60 minutes
Group Session – 2 hours
- Customized goal-setting plan.
- Personalized material resources during and between sessions.
- Email and text support.
After each session, you will walk away with a practical To-Do list (homework) personalized just for you.
Each session will build upon the previous session. Your To-Do List will help you get closer to achieving your life coaching goals.

VALUE: $400.00 per month (USD)!!
YOU PAY: $97.00 per month (USD).
We will meet twice a month on Google Meet.
VALUE: $200.00 per month (USD)!!
YOU PAY: $57.00 per month (USD).
We will meet once a month on Google Meet.
VALUE: $100.00 per month (USD)!!
YOU PAY: $30.00 per month (USD)
Minimum: 3 participants; Maximum: 6 participants.
We will meet bi-weekly.
Individual & Group Customized goal-setting plans.
VALUE: $300.00 per group member per month!!
$50.00 per group member per month (USD).
